Making gratitude the foundation of your life, you are naturally in love with life and all that it offers.
  3. Mental/Intellectual – To expand your horizons, you must constantly stimulate your mind and develop the habit of learning something new and valuable every day. Have a yearning for learning and use different resources like books, internet, forums, courses etc. to acquire more knowledge about living a balanced life.
  4. Spiritual – Spiritual energy can be tapped by a commitment to a purpose beyond self-interest and courage to live by your deepest values. You can nurture yourself spiritually in many ways like prayer and meditation, musical or artistic expression, spending time in nature, being in a spiritual community and rendering service for others.
